How do I use the ZenPen®?
There are 2 methods you can use the ZenPen®.
Method 1
- Heat the front edge/tip of the ZenPen and pull the inner pin a little upwards.
- Press the ZenPen into your kibble of pleasure/Hash/Hashish
- Push the inner pin back into the pen and you press your perfect hash/Hashish/joy slipper.
- Use the back of the Zenpen to cut your string into pieces.
Method 2
- Heat the rear/cutting head of the ZenPen
- Watch the head at right angles to your chunk of hash and cut, after some practice, a thin slice of your hash/hashish/kibble of pleasure.
What is the delivery period?
As soon as the payment of an order has been made, your order will be processed within 1 working day. Your order will often be shipped the same day, after which you will receive it the next day!
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders from the Netherlands and Belgium the shipping costs are free. For shipping of orders within Europe we ask € 4.95 contribution for the extra shipping costs we have.
How can I pay?
You can always pay safely with one of the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Bank transfer, Bancontact, Belfius, ING Home'Pay, KBC, Giropay, SOFORT.
How's your return policy?
We are of course convinced that you will be extremely satisfied with the ZenPen®. If desired, you can always return the product when it is still completely unused and in its original packaging. Before returning, please contact us for further instructions.
Can I get a discount for larger quantities?
If you would like to order more than 10 ZenPen® products, please contact us and inquire about the possibilities.
